I know the Fstat = 3.00 and the Fa = 3.83 per the F table for 0.01 level of significance.

At the 0.01 level of​ significance, what is the​ upper-tail critical value from the Studentized range​ distribution?

I do not understand how to find this value. The rest of the questions have tables for the F value, but there is no table for this. Is it a calculation? Thanks, John
