Need assistance in completing a visual basic assignment. I have already completed the design or basic layout of the form. All that needs to be completed is the splash screen and coding for the program to operate.

I will include the instructions to the assignment to the question and attach them.

Also if my layout doesn’t work or isn’t suited to your code, you can change it or create your own from scratch. Whichever is easier.
